Vanguard’s 2018 study on online reviews continues to be recognized
An article on Healthcare Dive shared a recent Vanguard Communications study that found two-thirds of online reviewers of top-line hospitals gave mediocre to poor ratings on Yelp.
This is yet another example of how Vanguard is seen as an expert in online reviews.
This Healthcare Dive article dealt with a new study completed by Penn Medicine that found that 51 percent of people surveyed reported sharing their personal medical experiences on social media and online review sites.
The same study also did a deep dive of reviews and found that “told” was the most highly correlated word.
