The Specialist contributes ideas and delivers on initiatives within the following Vanguard Communications key services areas: Digital media – website management, SEO/SEM, social media, online reviews & other marketing deliverables – and operations & legal project and client management, team communications.
In this context, the Operations & Marketing Specialist must be skilled in multiple disciplines, coupling project management and strategy with tactical task execution to successfully manage ever-evolving healthcare and legal marketing, communications, operations and tech projects.

We’re looking for a rising PR & marketing student with the talent, personality, skills and work ethic to assist our team. A PR & Marketing Intern must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, English, digital media, and/or related fields. Duties include providing project support to Vanguard staff specializing in client services, internet marketing, public relations, social media, and Vanguard Communications’ own business development and marketing.
