Vanguard VP interviewed on how to get patients back to the office
COVID-19 has wreaked havoc with schedules – and patients’ ideas of when and how often they should see their doctors. “If a practice did not have strong, established communication methods with patients before,” says Vanguard’s Vice President Stephanie Wilson, “it could have led to a higher rate of miscommunications and no-shows.”
