If you are not seeing your website at your URL, try the following steps
(in order, try the website after each step)
1. Hit your browser’s “refresh” button
2. Immediately clear your browser’s cache before viewing your new website
3. Flush your DNS cache (if website is still not displaying)
4. If you still can’t view your website:
- Update your browser if possible.
- Try a different browser if yours isn’t working and tell Vanguard what browser and version you are using.
- Test the website on a smartphone or other mobile device that isn’t connected to the practice network
- If the website works on your mobile device, but not your office computers, you will need to contact your IT to have them make appropriate changes.
- Vanguard can provide any information to IT needed
