About this webinar
How important are online doctor reviews? In a 2013 study, Price Waterhouse Coopers found 48 percent of Americans say they have read health care reviews, even though only half that (24 percent) said they had written such reviews. That’s approximately 150 million Americans who have checked out what patients say about their providers.
This presentation describes four simple strategies every health care provider group can deploy for vaccinating against bad online reviews while increasing positive reviews. We look at a case study in which one practice using this methodology increased its online reviews by nearly tenfold and boosted its average doctor rating from three stars to four stars.
